Aqua, Petrolatum, Squalane, Glycerin, Glyceryl stearate, Stearic acid, Dimethiconol/silica crosspolymer, Cetearyl glucoside, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Hydrogenated olive oil, Ethylhexyl isopalmitate, Sclerocarya birrea (Marula) seed oil, Allantoin, Carbomer, Phenoxyethanol, Triethanolamine, Disodium EDTA, Parfum, Sodium hyaluronate, Coumarin.

• Thoroughly wash and dry your feet. Take out and unfold the socks. Use scissors to cut off the top to open the sock. Place your foot inside the sock and peel off the tab on the adhesive strip to secure the top of the sock around your ankle (adhere tab to foot pack only not skin) Remove the socks after 20mins.
