• Apply the 24h Pro Liner Pencil From the Inner to the Outer Edge of the Upper Lash Line. Close the Eye and Pull the Lid Gently Before Drawing a Line. For Step One, Wiggle the Pencil in Between the Lashes, Which Will Make Them Look Thicker, For Step Two, Make the Line Thicker if Desired. Use the Smudger at the End of the 24h Pro Liner to Blend or Tone Out
