• Bonding Base: Apply 1 thin coat of Here to Stay Base Coat to clean, dry, bare nails and allow to dry completely.
• Apply Color: Apply 2 coats of your favorite essie original nail polish color. Let dry for 2 minutes.
• Lock & Seal: Finish with your choice of essie top coat to seal in your long-wear manicure.
